Well, I’m doing it again this year, the A-to-Z Blogging Challenge. It’s a crazy whirlwind of blogging and blog visits, and was so much fun last year, A, this time, is for “again.” And if you’re interested in joining the madness, there’s still time.
Last year, though, I participated in the challenge — which requires you to blog the alphabet six days a week throughout the month of April and visit your fellow bloggers — and did Camp NaNoWriMo. That was a little on the much side. And now I’m tempted again, but with my writing class still steaming ahead, I just think it could lead to disaster, like attempting to rip my laptop in half while muttering the alphabet backward and declaring myself emperor of all that is written.
We probably don’t want that.
Though Emperor of All that is Written has a nice ring to it, when you think about it. But I think, as usual, I’ve gotten a little off track.
So yes, once again I have signed myself up for the pressure of thinking of blog posts tethered to a letter, and added Saturday to my blogging rotation. It may have been challenging (although that’s no secret, it’s right in the name), but it’s such a good time.
A big hearty welcome to all of my fellow A-to-Z-ers! And just as big a hearty welcome to non-A-to-Zers alike! Happy April, it’s going to be a fun month.
Check out my full-length novels, Her Cousin Much Removed, The Great Paradox and the Innies and Outies of Time Management and Aunty Ida’s Full-Service Mental Institution (by Invitation Only), and the sequel, Aunty Ida’s Holey Amazing Sleeping Preparation (Not Doctor Recommended) which is now available!
