L is Little Today. And Lake. Mostly Little Though.

So for L I’m doing a little post. As in little text, since here in the middle of the alphabet I’m getting a little fatigued from blogging and you’re probably getting a little fatigued from reading. And I’ll throw in some of my pictures of the lake, which is anything but little! IMG_8132

I mean, could the lake be more gorgeous? You are correct. No it could not.

So ready for summer to come back.

Sometimes it’s difficult to believe if you just turn around, there’s a huge city right there. Can’t use “little” to describe Chicago! Or can you? Probably not. But let me know if you can think of something.

Check out  my full-length novels,  Her Cousin Much Removed,  The Great Paradox and the Innies and Outies of Time Management and Aunty Ida’s Full-Service Mental Institution (by Invitation Only), and the sequel, Aunty Ida’s Holey Amazing Sleeping Preparation (Not Doctor Recommended) which is now available!

  1. OMG – I’m feeling so much the same way! We’re just nudging up against the half way mark and I already feel like I’ve been at this forever. Not to mention the fact I’m horribly behind in … well, everything!

Yes, little goes a long way today 🙂

  2. I didn’t know you were in Chicago – My favorite US city – I lived there 7 years (broken up). It is the prettiest US city, imho.
I started my list of possible subjects after observing the A to Z challenge from the sidelines a couple years ago, so at least I don’t have to think of a new topic each day.
p.s. I snagged the Kindle from hubs and started Better Living Through Gravy – fun, easy, short reads. Perfect for bedtime.

    • Yep! Winding it out in the Windy City! And I’d have to agree, Chicago is gorgeous, though I might be a TAAAAAD bit biased. And you really have lived everywhere! I more than slightly jealous.

I’m so glad you’re enjoying them! They’re flash fiction, so they’re very quick.:) They might inspire some weird dreams, though…
