Sloooooow this Tuesday.

Ever have one of those days when you wish your blog post would write itself? But then it never, ever does?

Never?

Ever?

You’d think these things would be more helpful by now. This 21st century stuff isn’t anything like we were promised.

(“What’s a blog?” asks my 20th century past self.)

I’m physically tired from the junk-clearing, so so so so much junk clearing, and mentally tired from technical difficulties. I also dropped my phone on my foot, corner down, so ouch.

I think I’m detecting a little bit of a blog-whine today.

Two cups of real coffee down…well, one and a bit, I’d need to reheat if I’m going to drink it, and I’m no more awake than I was when I got out of bed. Which makes me question the wisdom of getting out of bed.

But then we’re back to those 21st century deficits, because then somehow I’m the one who has to feed me and my robot butler hasn’t been invented yet. It’s truly a travesty.

Anyway, we’ve gone about as far as we’re going to go today, literally and figuratively as I’m icing my phone-toe. I hope you’re tearing up your Tuesday.

    • Both survived!! I have a good case on my phone, because I’m a dropper, so it’s really sturdy. I iced the toe and took some Tylenol and it’s fine today! Thanks for asking 🙂

I had my manic monday on tuseday. The phone rang so often I managed to consume only one cup of (cold) tea by the time Himself had returned from work. As about 10 of those calls were from him which is way up on the usual month’s total, he may’ve felt my grumpy moan about phone calls to be more personally directed than it was. Friends called, fellow coaches called, family called, people I’ve been trying to track down for weeks called, my mother called (more than once), my hideously self-absorbed colleague called (more than once), and I had hordes of sales calls. I had a to-do list as long as your arm … not one thing got done yesterday. But today is another day isn’t it Scarlett? And I’ve ticked some stuff off already 🙂

Onwards and somewhere or the other! Hope your Wednesday sees the week on an upturn 🙂

    • YES, some days feel like you’re just turning that hamster wheel, and barely at that. But progress is progress!! At least you connected with people you were trying to find, that’s definitely a win.

The coaching sounds like it’s going well and really taking off!

Currently talking to more other coaches than clients, but it’s all helping to get my head in the right place and getting clear on my niche so I can get on with all that branding and marketing (it’s hellish hard work that bit, as you’ll know all too well on the writing front. Still, the knowledge will prove very useful when David & I come to doing our book – for I am confident we will get there).
