#AccountaClub time, and it’s been another doozy of a week. Apparently that’s the only size weeks come in these days, doozies.
Terrible, disappointing, grating doozies.
Would I like things to be different? Of course.
Is it within our power to change them? Well, we’re trying our darnedest, but the weight is very, very, very heavy. Crushing, in fact. Still we’re shoving at it as best as we can. So doozies they remain for the foreseeable future.
Minus side: writing and editing were again put aside for advocacy. But I think advocacy matters right now, so I’m counting it.
Plus side: awesome workout week. Live workouts every morning, and I have to say Daily Burn knocked it out of the park with the variety. Every day was so different and every day was a new challenge. That was great.
Talk to me, my fellow AccountAbles. How was your week?

I didn’t blog this week. We are dealing with our grandson’s death, funeral and family from CO in town until Tuesday. Too much going on….

I missed last week’s club entirely. My mind was fully engaged in Life Coaching mode and I find it hard to switch between that and my writing mind. But between that Friday and last Friday, things started to move in the right direction again. I did a little – very little to be fair – writing of the blog post variety as I like a bit of a cushion there so I can stop my mind mithering about it. I can feel the “proper” writing urges starting to gear up. The itch is back and I look forward to indulging it this week. David & I had a lengthy planning session on the phone which set me straight on our joint project, but I’ve also received a load of encouragement to dust off a couple of shelved manuscripts from years back and get them finished. There’s also that idea which has been nagging away at me every since Himself & I came across that shot out wreck of a tank in a vineyard. All in all, I believe the mojo is back and I welcome it wholeheartedly, for I have missed it.
As for you, handling real life events even from this side of the pond is proving distressing, the close up view must be devastating, so well done on maintaining the exercise programme throughout. It is a great stress reliever, so I hope it helps some. I’ve started walking again and it helps.

Thanks, Debs! Yes, it’s all pretty soul-destroying over here. Though it might make it appealing to disappear into fiction. I may or may not have insipriation for another Aunty Ida, which means I need to wrap up the one that’s 3/4 done.
I’m so glad about the mojo and the life coaching! That’s great that gearing up is happening, everything has its stages and that’s a great one. Look at you, firing it all up!

Fantastic news on another Aunty Ida in the pipeline (both the three-quarter done one & the new inspiration) as keeping on keeping on seems to be the way forward right about now.
