Standard

Well, it’s a new year and our very first #AccountaClub of 2019! In case you haven’t been here before on Friday, it’s our time to talk about how things are going, what are weeks were like and how we’re doing with our various goals.

No pressure and and lots of support.

So Happy New Year, all! My week was a typical of a holiday week, some productivity, trying out some apps for productivity (not sure yet how useful they are, but adjusting always takes time) and even a little writing.

A little. More to come.

But I definitely stuck to the fitness. Not all live again this week as the workouts themselves weren’t all live, but 5 days, 5 workouts. So that’s good.

Beyond that, with the vacation tone dissipating, next week will be time to buckle down and get to it.

How about you? How was your week? Any resolutions you want to share?

A very HNY to you Isa-Lee, and to my other #AccountaClubbers 🙂

Having struggled for weeks and weeks with a vile virus, I’m in serious need of getting my life together. Whilst still not fully recovered and yet to sleep through the night, I am desperate to clear the decks and get some order going. Unfortunately, the week hasn’t started well, as I’ve wasted far too much time first trying to track down the wallet I misplaced at the coast on a photography outing Sunday afternoon, then cancelling and replacing everything that was in it. I am determined not to let my head drop. This virus (and some family nonsense) have caused me all kinds of issues and negatively impacted on my mental health, but I am calling a halt to it now. Acceptance and moving forward are my watch words.

You are on an amazing roll with your fitness workouts – way to go! 🙂

    • And to you, Debs!! Sorry I was slow to replay, yesterday was a weird day.

I am so happy to hear you have a plan to get yourself moving in the right direction, but SO SORRY about the wallet! Oh my goodness, that is frustrating and scary and so much trouble. I’m glad you managed to get it all straightened out, but that is a serious hassle.

That virus sounds like it really, really took a toll. Are you over it completely yet? What a horrible illness, it’s been lingering for ages.

So sorry about the family stuff, that is absolutely mentally exhausting. That you are determined in the midst of all of that is an accomplishment itself.

Yes, thanks! I find Daily Burn fun and motivating and very easy to stick to! It’s been great for my outlook, I think.

Here’s to a new week! Every step counts.
