So it’s May, and the A to Z Blogging Challenge is history. I didn’t to well this year, falling down on the visits, and I’m not sure if I’ll do it again next year.
But that is quite a way away, so we’ll see.
The blogging part went OK, I basically wrote mostly what I would have written anyway, given the mood, so that’s good.
It’s a quick one today, April felt long and short all at the same time, and while you’re missing me (how could you not be?) check out my books.

Like you, I probably won’t do A-Z again. I followed 30-40 blogs, commented regularly on probably 20-25 of those and sporadically on the others (as well as at least on another dozen that I didn’t follow, just noted I visited). I have maybe a dozen who read and commented on my posts fairly often.
Looking back, my blog used to generate several hundred reads for each post. Now I rarely get 100. Just not worth it so my author blog is getting retired. I’ll only post when I have a new release or sale going on. Sigh…

Oh my! I admit that while trying to visit new blogs, I did not hit up my regular blogs as often. I better get back over to you.

That’s the biggest thing for me, too. Not being able to interact as much with other bloggers. It feels like you’re always writing!
Glad to have found you through the A to Z Challenge, though.

I visited new blogs every day, but I found a lot of dead links or non-participating blogs. DELETE. I have to get back to the ones I liked. I wasn’t trying to visit new ones regularly, just mark them for future interest.
…because so often (as in my case) reading a blog during AtoZ doesn’t give an accurate flavor of what the blog will be like May through March!
