#TuesdayThoughts:

Standard

It was darker than it should have been this morning when I got up. Rain, with heavy clouds. By the time I finished my workout, the sun had broken through, gorgeous golden streaks breaking up the gray.

But that didn’t last.

There’s a thin silver layer of clouds now, punctuated with lower, bulky clouds, and I think it’s raining again in the distance.

Appropriate as we shift into fall.

I’m amazed how this year has zipped along, and now we’re in the back end of it. Incredible.

This week I’m setting my sights on some new and/or unexplored writing projects, letting my completed manuscript sit before I tackle it for a first-round edit. It seems like the week for that, or maybe it’s just me and rainy weather.

Whatever the weather where you are, I hope you have a great Tuesday, and if you’re in the path of the hurricane, please stay safe.
