#TuesdayThoughts: Coldly random

Standard

It’s chilly today, which I suppose it has the right to be, given it’s February. Still I can hear the wind rattling, feel it in that bite in the air. The sky is slung with low, flat clouds, and everything’s a dingy shade of sepia.

So much for sunshine.

I’m halfway through my coffee, and my mind is slow, halting. Uninvigorated from my workout, though it was a workout demanding of thought.

I need to reheat it. It’s gone cold. The coffee, I mean. And maybe my mind.

My cough has largely abated, though of course the moment I thought it, it started up again, as coughs are such contrary things. Such an attitude.

Things piled up while I had that virus that felt like it was never leaving, and I have much to unpile. Meanwhile, have a great Tuesday.
