#FridayThoughts: Doubled up

I did two workouts this morning. That’s right.

TWO.

The usual one at 8 and then a live one at 9 on Amazon. It was with Becca, one of my favorites from Daily Burn, and I couldn’t resist. The first was yoga with Amanda, so they complemented one another well.

It’s gray and misty and likely rainy, there was wild thunder last night, the shaking kind of thunder, so close I wonder if it hit something nearby. Nearly certainly it did.

I think the two workouts mellowed me out, so if you’re in need of mellowing, that’s one way to go.

Otherwise, here we are, another week of sheltering done, we’re halfway though May already, and onward we go.
