And not the sitcom. No, this different world is demanding a change in our very institutions. It’s more than time, it’s been more than time many many lost lives ago.

So let’s make sure it gets done.

I’m not energized today, not exactly, but I am just the slightest bit hopeful. We’re also opening on a wider scale now in Chicago, we’ll see how that goes, that specter still hovering just beyond in the background.

It has me concerned about normal activities and wondering whether I should visit my parents, it’s so hard to know. The world is acting like the pandemic is gone, but it’s not gone.

Not yet.

Anyway, I’ve got a lot of Monday to Monday. May yours be filled with new horizons.
