#FridayThoughts: Well, it’s Friday.

Standard

Somehow we got to the end of the week in this surreal landscape that keeps shifting but not getting more solid. We are months away from solid.

Hopefully we will get solid.

I’ve settled into the routine of making pizza from scratch on Friday, or scratchish, I make the crust but use bottled sauce. It’s delicious and it’s so much faster than I expected.

The recipe I use makes two pizzas, so in the morning I make cinnamon rolls. I could, of course, freeze the dough and have it ready for the next week, or make something else.

But I like cinnamon rolls.

So that is me for the week, tired, saddened, but resolute. I hope you have a good Friday and a weekend filled with possibilities. Whatever they are, wear a mask.
