#TuesdayThoughts: Swift summer

Standard

Welp, it’s Tuesday. It’s definitely, definitely Tuesday.

So we have that.

Now’s probably the time to tell you I’ve thought it was Wednesday repeatedly today. Time is weird.

It’s a blue-gray day today, the colors already fading into the sepias of August. Summer is so strange, it’s always in a rush, the days tripping over one another.

Not like winter’s slow, languid, frigid saunter.

Nope. Summer is aflutter, a tangle of gangly limbs running wildly under a hot golden sun.

So what are you doing reading this post? Go enjoy it, if you can. And have a wonderful Tuesday.
