#TuesdayThoughts: Self-Care


First things first. Since it’s Tuesday, here is my Mom Update, if you’re interested. If not, that’s also fine, there’s no obligation.

Today I’ve decided to go for some serious self-care. Well, maybe “decided” isn’t entirely accurate, it started accidentally with an extra-long workout, even before today’s yoga. And then that morphed into a leisurely shower.

A good breakfast.

And so on, until here I am with you, feeling about as good as I’m going to feel these days.

So it works.

And that’s my challenge to you today: do one thing, just one, that is purely self-care. And if you want to do more of them, do them, really do them. Make the time yours.

It’s OK.

You deserve it.

And with that, I’m off to do something else nice for myself. Because why not? Have a great Tuesday.
