And some great websites for ideas.

Not that you ever get stuck. OF COURSE.

OK so you know the drill: exactly ten words using the above photo as a writing prompt. And what better picture than our PromptaPalooza inspiration?

Ready?

Here’s mine:

Merely a speck, almost too far to see.

Rescue.

Finally.

#WednesdayWisdom: #PromptaPalooza Plot

Standard

Sometimes you just want to go and you don’t want to think about how to get there. And that’s today’s #PromptaPalooza prompt! Plot.

Today we’re using a “really random plot” from Springhole.net. It’s another site up to the brim with generators, and a very fun place to poke around. So fun, you might suffer from too many ideas.

Ah.

Too many ideas.

Today’s prompt: use the following plot.

An annoying werewolf must stop a puppet with a primitive country.

Random generators are definitely wisdom you can use. Have a fantastic Wednesday!

Today’s prompt is based on randomly-generated characters from Seventh Sanctum, which has an amazing array of comprehensive prompts.

So comprehensive, this isn’t even the whole list of potential characters! Pick at least two of the characters in the list below and work your magic. Or not magic if that’s not your thing.

Genre, format, length are all up to you.

Have a great Tuesday!

The list:

#MondayThoughts: #PromptaPalooza First Line

Standard

Decided to change things up a little with a slew of writing prompts! One might say an entire palooza.

We’ve all been stuck at one time or another. Sometimes a prompt is just what you need to shake everything loose. They’re also great practice!

So today’s prompt has the first line built right in. Write as long as you like, the form that you like, but it must start with the following line:

As the police officer pulled back the sheet, she knew immediately that

This prompt came courtesy of this website, where you can generate all the first lines your heart desires. I warn you, I had a little trouble getting it to load, but it was worth it.

Enjoy, and have a great Monday.

#Promptapalooza: Word List

Standard

No #AccountaClub this week, because for the next few days we’re doing something fun and different! #PromptaPalooza!

What is that, you ask?

It’s a special week of writing from prompts! Or almost week. Haven’t decided yet.

You know how I like to wing it.

Today’s prompt is from a list of random words I generated on this site. You can write whatever you like, as long as you like, whatever format you like.

Just incorporate these six words: noble, mysterious, harlot, convict, country, affliction.

Happy writing!
