It’s sunny gray and I am going to need to get further down this second cup of coffee before I can offer you anything resembling a thought. Such is the current sad state of brain affairs.
My apologies to a person (or people!) who is currently avoiding caffeine, if you happen to read this. But the truth is the truth.
I’d like to blame the weather. Sometimes it slows my thinking to a crawl, especially when it is plotting above the clouds.
Devious at times, the weather.
I don’t have much for you here, in the final dregs of the week, if I genuinely listen to the ebb and flow of the space within my head. It’s low tide in there.
Or maybe high tide, because low tide would reveal more things, and high tide would cover them. Perhaps this is not the most meaningful metaphor, but it sounded good, at least at first. We can all just pretend it made sense.
And I got it the right way around.
Whichever way that may be, because I’m still not sure.
Anyway, I’m going to call it a week, tide in, tide out, and I hope you have a wonderful Friday and a spectacular weekend.
