It’s sunny, hot, I think, and here we are trapped in a never-ending circus of a mirror universe. Things seem familiar, and yet so much of everything is just off.
Or maybe that’s just me.
We are living in a time where people are seriously questioning the events around the shooting at the trump rally; trump showing up at the RNC with a white square of gauze apparently just stuck to his ear isn’t helping. People said they saw reports he wasn’t even wearing that earlier in the day; I don’t know if that’s true or verified.
But it makes you wonder if he was hurt at all, and that’s where we are after elevating this conman who made up personas to talk to the press on his behalf, or who blamed Meredith McIver, the “aide” who supposedly plagiarized Former First Lady Michelle Obama’s speech for melania trump and quit, though no one seems to have laid eyes on her and even now stories about that whole debacle seem scarce.
As someone told me, he’s also a member of the WWE Hall of Fame, so he’s no stranger to fake falls or fake blood.
Would he do it?
Absolutely.
Did he do it?
We may never know.
What we do know is at least two people are dead, and trump, as of this writing, didn’t even reach out to the widow of the man at the rally who was killed. Pres. Biden did, but apparently they turned down the call.
Like I said, an unending circus.
We’re also talking about a group of people who pushed the idea that mass shootings were “fake” and “false flags.” If they would accuse of it, it stands to reason they might try their hand at it, if they haven’t before.
But the real point here is how could anyone give power to a man where any of this sounds plausible, let alone possible? That’s where the mirror part comes in. I cannot wrap my brain around it.
My only solution is to vote, and to hope full information about what happened is made public.
