It’s sunny though my head is acting like it’s going to rain so one of us is right. Probably.

I’ve got less clarity than I have all week so you may want to check out any posts you missed if you’re craving good insight. Here at the top of the post I’m not sure today will be one of those days. They can’t all be, I guess.

Nope instead it’s getting cloudier outside and inside and I can’t say that’s the best of signs overall.

It happens, on both fronts.

One of the trickiest things in life is learning not to fight what is and cannot be changed. Because it feels like everything should be changeable, if you want it to be.

But some things simply have to play out as they’ll play out, and I can shout at the clouds but it would make them blow away any faster. As I remind myself again and again.

As we remind ourselves, again and again.

Still, with a push against the resistance–if clouds are resistant–we might make our way through the fog, slowly but slow is still forward. Even if the wind is nearly zero, the clouds will float on eventually.

They always do.

So I will gather those laurels from earlier in the week and rest upon them, and take some time to watch the clouds roll by. I wish you the best of Fridays and a perfect weekend.
