So I’m going to take one. The #OneNiceThing Challenge may be over, but it was a great refresher on self care.

Today, I sat down at my desk and thought, hmm, I’m not feeling it today.

And the cool thing is, since it’s just us, since this is only a place for meanders down mental roads, long and short, that’s fine.

I know you understand. You probably need a break too, there’s been a lot of heaviness lately.

So breaks all around.

Do something creative today if that’s your thing. Social, if that’s your thing. Binge something, finish something around the house that’s been nagging you, set aside time to do a puzzle or play a game if that’s your thing.

Whatever is your thing.

We can hang out on Monday and you can tell me all about it. Actually you can tell me all about it today, I don’t mind.

But there is so little we can control right now. I’m taking in hand what I can.

You have an excellent Friday and the very best of weekends.
