It’s looking like it might rain, and the wave of migraine I somehow coasted ahead of the whole trip has caught up with me. Alas.

But at least I didn’t need to try to drive with it, so I’ll take the timing.

Before I get to wherever we’re briefly going today, thank you so much, Gail, for the coffee! It honestly couldn’t have come at a better time as I try to caffeine this thing away. I truly, truly appreciate it, thank you.

I wish my head was in a place to really do Dolly Parton justice today, but I have to acknowledge that yesterday, we lost one of the very few angels on earth. Dolly was a bright light, a beacon of good, a person who used her considerable wealth she fashioned herself out of her own talent to help others.

There are so few people like that left, losing such a major one is such a blow to this planet.

I hope she is somewhere as sparkly as she was, I hope it is everything she believed it would be and more. I hope there really is a reward after life for someone like Dolly Parton, who was, herself, an earth-bound angel.

And she is earth-bound no more.

That is it for me on this Wednesday, the screen isn’t helping matters with my head. I hope you have a wonderful day.

Buy me a cup of coffee!
