It’s been a long month this week, and here we are, sidling up to Friday, and I’ve got to tell you, I’m feeling awfully lazy.
There is plenty to do but I want to do none of it. Seems, fair, right for getting through this week so far? What with the end of the world pending and all.
Probably not. But maybe. It sure feels like the start of a dystopian novel.
So I say we do what we need to do to feel better about all that’s happening, and if that means buying extra toilet paper, you buy it. We are in a kind of free-fall most of us haven’t experienced in our lifetimes, and the government is not trying to make it better or help us, that much is clear.
We will need to help ourselves. So wash your hands, don’t touch your face, avoid crowds, and take some time away from the news.
Have a good Friday and a great, lazy weekend.
